✨ Sometimes therapy can become a loop.
You keep talking about the wound.
You keep dissecting the pain.
You keep “understanding” it…

But understanding isn’t the same as releasing.

Here’s the hard truth:
You can spend years rehashing the past and still feel trapped in the same story.

Why?
Because healing doesn’t only happen in your mind — it happens in your body.

👉 Real transformation comes when you let your nervous system release what it’s been holding on to.
👉 When you stop rehearsing the pain and start creating safety, presence, and freedom in your body.
👉 When you finally allow yourself to let go, instead of analyzing it again.

Therapy can open the door, but it’s not the whole house.
At some point, you have to step out of the story and into your life.

💫 Your next level of healing isn’t in repeating the past.

Here’s how to start moving forward:

✨ Shift Your Perspective – Your thoughts create your reality. Challenge the beliefs that keep you in the same place.

✨ Take One Small Step – Action creates momentum. Even a tiny step in a new direction can break the cycle. Start of by putting on a wash or having a shower.

I will never stop saying this- the one thing holding you back is the story you tell yourself through your limiting beliefs.

Until you challenge these beliefs and reframe your thoughts, your unconscious mind will keep you in the familiar and you will continue getting triggered and behaving the same.

Albert Einstein’ once said that the definition of insanity is “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results”

“Invest your time wisely, it’s the only resource you can’t replenish”

A study has found that when asked what do you regret the most to people on their deathbed, the main things they say ;

1. Working too much and not spending more time with loved ones

2. Not going after what they truly desired

3. Holding onto to things they had no control over

Let go, go after your true desires and spend more time with loved ones before it’s too late. ⏰

Before you can make any change within, you must acknowledge your limiting beliefs and understand how they control your;

- thoughts- your beliefs create your thinking
- mood/emotions- your thoughts create your mood
- actions- this in turn informs your actions

So there you have it- your beliefs are what controls everything you do. Some beliefs can be empowering but others can be limiting.

For example- you could have been told as a child to be quiet and now are struggling to speak up when you have an opinion or you may have felt rejected as a child so find that as an adult your a ‘people pleaser’

So before you try to ‘work on yourself’ start by identifying your limiting beliefs that are holding you back.
