Now that I’ve stepped away from running the pub and am focusing on the cafe and my massage work, I’ve finally got a bit more breathing space. It’s made me realise how much I’d like to start sharing some of the things that really help me day to day.
One of my absolute favourites is EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or tapping. It’s such a simple little tool, but it’s helped me so much to stay grounded, let go of stress and just feel a bit more like myself when life gets busy.
Today I wanted to share one of my go-to affirmations and an EFT sequence that I’ve been using alongside it as shown in the pics below. Feel free to save them to your phone and read the affirmation or do the tapping sequence when you can.
