Please remember to allow your pharmacy sufficient time to complete prescription requests . An approved message from the app or surgery does not mean it will be ready for collection at the pharmacy . It would also be appreciated if you could NOT ring to check if your prescription is ready to collect . Providing you have given five working days notice from ordering this will be sufficient time for prescriptions to be completed .

To make sure you have your medication for Easter, please make sure your requests are with the surgery by Wednesday 25th March 💊🐰

Please could we ask anyone who has appointments booked for either flu vaccinations , blood pressure checks or smoking cessation to contact the pharmacy directly if you are unable to make the appointment and wish to cancel or reschedule.
We plan our staffing and work schedules to incorporate these services and there are costs involved .
Please have the courtesy to let us know in advance if you need to cancel rather than just not turn up .

World Mental Health Day is not just about one day it’s everyday.
Promoting this day on social media may seem appropriate but let’s remember how damaging social media can be to anyone’s mental health. What we see is not real life and the majority of the time fake . Bad news , negative posts , poor ratings and reviews all have an impact.
Remember be kind we can all be affected by the smallest of things sometimes all that’s needed is Thankyou .
