What a beautiful day and a lovely end to classes at West Grinstead for 2025.
The sun was out, sunglasses were needed and this amazing group of ladies completed 💦Aqua Jog 💦. Well done everyone. 👏

We can’t believe that we are into our last week of classes (well apart from Seaford which has two more classes).
We say it every year that the year has gone by so quickly but this year it really has flown by.
