Continuity of support is paramount!

Pathway provides person-centred services to people with a learning disability and associated complex behavioural and health needs, supported by our highly trained specialist staff teams. Our services support young people to transition seamlessly from our small and homely Ofsted registered children's residential care homes to our adult CQC registered residential and supported living settings, ensuring people are able to access the right support at the right time.

Apprenticeship is transformation, not just a certificate.

Nicky’s journey is a powerful reminder of what professional development should look like in care. From completing his Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in February 2025 to stepping into a Senior Support Worker role and now leading one of our services, his growth has been both personal and professional.

His recent transition work reflects confident, compassionate leadership and measurable outcomes for the people we support.
