Exam time can take a toll on both mental and physical well-being. A calming treatment like Aromatherapy massage may help ease tension, reduce anxiety, and support focus during high-pressure times. Taking time for self-care can really make a meaningful difference to how you feel, and help you to cope with your nerves before an exam. If you're feeling overwhelmed, taking a bit of time for yourself to calm your nervous system can really help.
Aromatherapy oils can be beneficial during these times. Some essential oils I have found helpful are Lavender and Bergamot for relaxation and Rosemary and Lemon are great for focusing your mind. You could try using a few drops of essential oil in a diffuser whilst studying, or apply a pulse point roller ball blend to calm your nerves. Adding a few drops in a carrier oil to a relaxing bath can help you to relax.
