Not only that but, after being very sad that I needed an extender belt for our Easyjet flight in August, I was thrilled that I didn’t need one today. It fit with room to spare!

CLIENT REPOST: A year ago today, I took a leap and joined Empowered Nutrition Club — and wow, what a journey it’s been! 💪

In 12 months I’ve:
⚖️ Lost 15.1kg
🏃‍♀️ Run a 10k in just 1 hour and 46 seconds
👖 Dropped down to a size 10

But more than the numbers, I’ve gained confidence, energy, and a completely new mindset. 🙌
