My third retreat at The Barony Castle and my second co creating magic with Alison!

What a day.

A day filled with intention, connection, reflection, honesty, courage, fun, joy… and of course, celebration!

I feel so incredibly grateful for Alison and the friendship we’ve built. There’s something so special about creating spaces like this together.

And to every single woman who joined us, whether you were returning or brand new, thank you! 🥹💖

I always say this is a co creation. Each woman brings something unique into the space and it’s such a privilege to witness what unfolds when we come together to share, to slow down, to feel and to heal.

So many women arrived with curiosity and openness, having never done anything like this before and for that, we truly celebrate you. Trying something new isn’t easy. Stepping outside your comfort zone takes courage… and it was beautiful to witness the growth and expansion that came from it!

Supporting women to remember their power is what I know I’m here to do. This deep soul mission keeps revealing itself more and more especially when it comes to bringing women together in community.

There is something so potent about in person spaces, & safe sisterhood. About being seen, held and witnessed EXACTLY as you are!

Some potent reflections I’m taking away from this experience… 🎶💖

✨ Meeting people where they are at. You don’t need to be a certain “type” of person to attend a vocal concert or a sound bath.

✨ Sound healing isn’t just about “woo-woo”, energy, or the universe - sound impacts every single one of us in unique and deeply personal ways.

✨ And interestingly… the ones who thought this experience wouldn’t be “their thing” were impacted by it the most.

As sound healers, I truly believe we have a responsibility to meet people where they are & educate accordingly.

There are so many assumptions around sound - who it’s for, who it isn’t, what it is, what it isn’t.

So much spiritual jargon that can actually push people away… creating this idea that it’s only for the “spiritual” or the “woo-woo” (whatever that means!)

But here’s the truth…

Sound is already part of all of our lives.

It helps us feel joy through our favourite uplifting songs.

It helps us grieve, giving space to sadness and pain.

It helps us move, express, dance… to feel free.

It helps us slow down, soften and find moments of peace and stillness.

And beyond all of that… sound helps us feel & express what we cannot put into words.

It takes us out of the mind and into the body, where real connection & awareness live.

So I’m curious…

So excited and deeply grateful to be sharing sound healing at this beautiful concert next Friday! I dreamed of playing my bowls in a church for so long, so this feels incredibly special! 💖

I met Elizabeth through grief, and it’s such an honour to be part of this alongside her.

Aurora is a one of a kind solo concert created and performed by world renowned vocalist and improvisation specialist Elizabeth Reah. She is known for creating deeply moving, cinematic and emotionally rich musical experiences.

Set in the stunning surroundings of St Mary’s Church, Horsham, and also broadcast online, Aurora blends extraordinary sound within a breathtaking setting to create a concert experience truly unlike anything else.

Lots of new connections, opportunities & time spent deepening my love for this practice.

Sound has become such an anchor.

And despite what’s going on outside of us, we can always return to that place of peace & stillness that lies within.

✨💖 SOUND BATHS FOR RETREATS, EVENTS, WORKSHOPS & PRIVATE GATHERINGS ✨💖

Over the last few weeks, I’ve had more requests for sound baths for retreats, mini events, and other gatherings, which I am so grateful for but I’ve decided to create some tailored options.

To be fully transparent, with sound baths, you’re not only paying for the experience, knowledge, skill, premium bowls and delivery of the session, but also for the time it takes to prepare, pack and transport equipment, travel, set up the ambiance and pack down afterward. This is reflected in my pricing and fees.

After reflecting a lot this year and learning from last year and, quite honestly, managing my own burnout, I’ve decided to create more tailored offerings. I hope these options can cover a wide range of needs while also respecting my time and energy.

I’ve put together a PDF specifically for retreat hosts, event organisers, or anyone wishing to book a sound bath with me. If you have any questions, please reach out. I appreciate your understanding and hope to cater to as many people as possible.

Please note, whilst I do have a unique approach to sound healing and weave in themes of sound, love, worth, healing and empowerment, sessions can be tailored to your specific needs. For example, themes could focus on relaxation, emotional release, or other intentions. When I say “theme,” this includes words, meditation, certain harmonies, and sound journeys designed to correspond with that theme. I hope this makes sense.

l also pride myself on not creating half hearted experiences, which is why I do not offer sessions shorter than 30 minutes. You simply cannot experience the full benefits of sound healing in a very short amount of time. I hope this makes sense!
