Skylark House Care Home Our dedicated team provides high-quality residential, dementia, nursing and short-term respite care

The skilled team at Skylark House in Horsham, West Sussex, provides an extensive range of care services, from residential and nursing care through to dementia and end of life care. Every resident is treated with dignity and respect and receives care that’s personalised to their needs and wishes. The home has excellent facilities, including a large, secure garden overlooking a riverside walk, as well as a coffee shop, hair salon, bar and cosy cinema. There’s also an innovative range of group and one-to-one activities for residents to enjoy, tailored to their interests. Residents’ family members and friends are always welcome to visit whenever they wish, and they can join their loved one for a meal or take part in outings and activities.

This month’s GEM (Going the Extra Mile) Award goes to our amazing Gardener & Maintenance team member, Pietro Ziino!
Pietro is always willing to help, goes above and beyond in everything he does, and is wonderful with our residents. His kindness, hard work, and positive attitude make a real difference every single day—and it’s no surprise that our residents absolutely love him.

We enjoyed a real mix of activities today! Barbara kindly helped with delivering newspapers to residents this morning — such a thoughtful way to start the day. 📰
Late morning, we relaxed together in the coffee shop for a friendly Quiz, with our mischievous Elf popping in and out to keep us all smiling! 🎄☕😄
This afternoon was the perfect finale — a live music performance from the wonderful Jenny. Her beautiful voice and all the Christmas number-one hits definitely put us in the festive spirit! 🎶✨
A full day, lots of fun, and plenty of happy memories made. ❤️
