🌙 What to do when you can’t sleep at night…
Restless nights happen to all of us - those moments when the mind stays busy and the body can’t quite settle. When that happens, try meeting yourself with gentleness:
✨ Dim the lights
✨ Take 5–10 slow, steady breaths
✨ Rest a hand on your chest or belly
✨ Soften your shoulders, unclench your jaw
✨ Add a few mindful stretches to release tension
Sometimes rest doesn’t begin with sleep - it begins with slowing down, softening, and remembering that it’s okay to simply be.
