Christmas Jumper Day is here, and we’re fully embracing sparkles, silliness, and the spirit behind it. Whether your jumper jingles, lights up, or looks like it was knitted by an elf having a sugar rush, we want to see it!

⚠️ Yellow Cold Weather Alert – Please Stay Warm and Safe.

A Yellow Cold Health Alert is in place across the South East from 12pm on 17th November to 8am on 22nd November. Cold weather increases risks for older adults, young children, and anyone with existing health conditions.

Please check on vulnerable neighbours, family, and friends.
Make sure indoor spaces stay warm, wear layered clothing, and keep hydrated with warm drinks.

Our care teams are following the Cold Weather Plan to support clients during this period.

Each year, hundreds of organisations across the country take part in National Self-Care Week (17-23 November 2025), a campaign designed to inspire and empower people to take charge of their own physical and mental wellbeing.
