Tonight we will be resting under the Snow Full Moon 🌕
In folklore — and in modern spiritual language — the Snow Moon speaks to endurance and resilience as we move through the final stretch of deep winter. Not the loud, dramatic kind of strength… but the steady, inward kind. The strength of surviving quietly. Of resting without guilt. Of trusting that renewal is coming, even if it’s not quite here yet.
This is very much a hold steady, don’t rush moon — one of my favourites 🤍
Astrologically, the Snow Moon often brings:
• emotional clarity
• closure
• a gentle but honest letting-go of whatever’s been weighing you down
And it feels especially potent right now, as we move toward the end of the Year of the Snake — a year of shedding skins, releasing old versions, and softening out of what no longer fits — and begin to turn our faces toward the Year of the Horse, with its forward motion and fresh energy 💫
If this is resonating, we’ll be exploring it all more deeply in our Full Moon–inspired class on Monday night, held in the Sussex Country Yurt 🛖
There’s still space if you’d like to join us — I’d love to have you there✨
