Absolutely gorgeous morning in Rudgwick, raising money for the local primary school PTA. I absolutely love running these little events with my great friend , as Rudgwick is where I first started teaching many moons ago.

So lovely to reconnect with so many beautiful yogi souls - thanks so much to everyone for bringing such a beautiful energy and such good vibes ⚡️⚡️⚡️

aka side plank…. this asana strengthens and tones your arms and shoulders whilst testing and therefore building on your balance, which in turn helps improve focus and concentration. A great one for working in your core!!!

Full Moon Blessings to all on this cool November morning! The Full Moon offers us a chance to let go of what does not serve us and make space for love and light in abundance 🤍

Will you be joining us for Yoga tomorrow in the bright and airey Fittleworth Village Hall? We have two classes running every Friday morning - beginners very welcome 🤗

🧘🏼 9.30 - 10.40 Feel Good Slow Flow

🧘🏻‍♀️ 10.45 - 11.45 Chair Yoga

If you have never practiced Yoga before why not come along and give it a go? This ancient practice is such a powerful way of inviting in peace and harmony to the mind, body and soul whilst also working on strength, balance and of course flexibility. And no - you do not need to be able to touch your toes!

Both classes include traditional breath work, mindful movement and a lovely long relaxation (savasana) to close. If you have any questions or are unsure which class would suit you best please get in touch!

Tomorrow is Full Moon 🌕 so we will be slowing things down with some deeply calming Moon Salutations (chandra namaskar). I would love you to join us. You can book your spot via my website - link in bio:

Super excited to share that this is happening on Sunday 22nd September in Rudgwick. This is a fundraising event for the Rudgwick Primary School PTA so a very good cause to support 💛

These events normally cost between £65 and £100 depending on venue so this is extremely good value for money too!

There will be no classes in Fittleworth tomorrow morning as there is an art exhibition in the Hall. I highly recommend taking a peek if you are local
as it is fabulous.

So whilst I am sadly no longer a resident of Rudgwick (although I do miss you all so very much) I still have so many wonderful friends in the area, many due to connections through our Tuesday night Yoga classes. For this reason I was so so happy to have been asked to run this dreamy little Yoga Day In the village Hall to raise money for the Rudgwick Primary School and I am hoping that some of you might like to join me!

What to expect ::

🧘🏼 An all levels slow flow Yoga practice to include traditional breath work and meditation (beginner friendly - no previous experience needed at all x)
🍓 A delicious and nutritious brunch plus herby teas and coffees throughout the day
🎶 Sound Healing Session with my beautiful Himalayan singing bowls

I was lucky enough to be invited to run a dreamy bespoke sound healing session for some very special ladies last night in this beautiful space. I brought my Himalayan singing bowls, ocean drum, gong, and koshi and tincha chimes. I really love running these private sessions as the energy in the room is so powerful due to the connection and friendships within the space. Thanks so much to the birthday girl for asking me to do this for you - I loved every moment.

If you would like to organise something a bit different for a special occasion - a healthy hen do, special big birthday or something to support your team at work, please do get in touch! Sound healing is a holistic practice that allows you to sink into a deep state of meditation and is super nurturing and so good for the soul 🙏🏻😌✨
