MAR 9 JOINT MOBILITY 1815-1945 Tythe Barn
Joints may be symbolic of the directions we find ourselves in as well as how the body responds to our moment to moment needs. When we are connected and grounded to the earth with an easeful jaw and breath, joints are more stable. And because there are no straight lines in nature, we will explore alternatives to help improve both stability as well as mobility as we engage with the body's natural lubrication of synovial fluid. £18 in advance by BACS Contact Kathryn

Feet are vital for movement, stability, balance, and shock absorption. Their intricate structure, with 26 bones, 33 joints, and over 100 muscles, tendons, and ligaments, support your entire body weight, mobility and how we go forward in life. Foot health is closely linked to overall well-being, as problems with the feet can lead to issues in the knees, hips, and spine as well as poor circulation. Contact Kathryn Fee £18 in advance

Try to realise it's all within yourself
No one else can make you change
And to see you're really only very small
And life flows on within you and without you

🙏 The Spiritual Commitment
The Venerable Monks' journey is one of profound spiritual dedication. They observe an ascetic code of humility and endurance throughout this mission.
Their purpose is beautifully summarized by Bhikkhu Paññākāra: "We walk not to protest, but to awaken the peace that already lives within each of us. The Walk for Peace is a simple yet meaningful reminder that unity and kindness begin within each of us and can radiate outward to families, communities, and society as a whole."

“As one yoga teacher to another, I thoroughly enjoyed the retreat the group and the teachings. Plus, I learned a lot from your inspirational sharing of practises with which you are clearly totally familiar. I would like to think that in time I will naturally adopt an approach similar to yours. Your truth and authenticity shine through creating a safe container to challenge convention whilst creating community. Thank you for sharing your wisdom and experience and allowing freedom for us to explore. Namaste Kerry”
