Some teenage girls seem relaxed, but many are quietly feeling quite overwhelmed, especially when it comes to revision, confidence, and thinking about college or what comes next.

I work as a Teen Life Coach supporting 14–17 year olds, helping them build confidence, manage exam stress, and create simple revision plans so things feel more achievable.

Most people don’t fail because they lack motivation.
They fail because no one is holding them accountable.

When you keep goals to yourself, it’s easy to delay, negotiate, and make excuses. I’ve been there. No one is seeing the struggle, so why continue when it gets tough?

You know that feeling when you’re lying in bed at night, scrolling your phone… looking at other women’s lives and thinking “how do they do it?”

The confidence, the freedom, the clarity about what they want. and you're thinking 'what a b*tch' 😂

And somewhere along the way you started believing that kind of life just isn’t for you.

BUT what if it actually is? And it can be.

I work with women who are juggling all the roles: mum, partner, career, friend, the organiser of everything, and somewhere in the middle of it all they’ve lost connection with themselves.

One of my clients came to me feeling completely overwhelmed.
She was a teacher, a mum, a wife. She was wearing all the hats we so often wear as women, but underneath it all she felt stuck.

She believed that once she committed to something, she had to push through no matter what. Even if it no longer felt right.

Together we worked on helping her trust herself again 😊

I have a confession time to make.

I double-booked myself! Ahh how did I do that! I arranged my free workshop for this Sunday, as well as booking in work!

Yes, it happens. And I take full responsibility. I've already beaten myself up but then I must also be kind to myself!

Our Guided Journaling for Gratitude & Abundance workshop won’t be happening live as planned, and I’m truly sorry if you carved out time for it.

But I didn’t want you to miss out.

So instead, I’ve recorded the entire workshop (with the slides!) so you can experience it in your own time. You can pause it, reflect deeply, journal fully, and return to it whenever you need.

In some ways… this might be even more powerful!

I’m starting my mornings out a bit differently from now on.
This winter has been sloooooow. And the SADs has crept in hugely. So I’m starting my days much earlier than usual.
I’ve been in a funk, and my husband mentioned to me about completely changing things up. Now, I generally have slow mornings because I am so tired usually. But I’m going to change it up completely.
I’m committing to:
🌅 6am wake up instead of 8am
🌅 A walk with my husband and dog (not everyday, atleast once a week)
🌅 No breakfast until 7:30 (I would normally eat as soon as I wake)
🌅 Stretching or some form or core strength atleast 4 times a week

This is not what I had in mind, but I definitely need to make some it changes to get out of this funk!

It’s so easy to stay where we are because it’s comfortable and we know it. But is it fulfilling?
Change happens when we get uncomfortable. Not SO much that it pushes us to our limits, but enough to trigger that bit of anxiety.

I’ve done this so many times and whilst it doesn’t feel easy, it’s so rewarding ☺️
