Early year races for some Alan Law Physiotherapy trained athletes - amazingly in dry weather conditions 👏👏👏

Both of these athletes train with our Level 2 Triathlon Coach Sarah Fiddaman, who always strives to push her clients to reach their maximum potential. Sarah works in the clinic Monday- Friday and would be happy to discuss any questions with new prospective clients wishing to explore using a specialised triathlon coach.

Celebrating our trained athlete for completing Ironman Barcelona for the second time last weekend as well as achieving a new course PB. Gemma is the epitome of training consistency, managing her unorthodox work schedule, flitting between time zones and always managing to put everything into her training. It has been a joy to coach Gemma and watch her develop as a triathlete.
