Very pleased to announce that, following completion of my coursework, I have now officially qualified as an Oxygen Advantage® Functional Breathing instructor! 🫁❤️
In this course, I have learned about breathing biochemistry, breathing biomechanics, and breathing psychophysiology. I have also studied breathing and the nervous system, breathing and sleep, the female breath, breathing and pain, and breathing and stress, panic and anxiety...and lots more!
By restoring subtle, silent, nasal, and diaphragmatic breathing techniques into our yoga practice, and integrating these into our everyday breathing habits, we can bring myriad benefits to our overall health and well being.
I can't wait to share my knowledge with you all in my yoga classes going forward. 🙏🏻
