One of the questions I get asked frequently is do you ever get clients with ticklish feet? Or people tell me that they would love to try reflexology but their feet are too ticklish.

Well I am here to tell you that ticklish feet are very rarely a problem. Reflexology itself involves very purposeful movements and somehow, normally, that ticklish sensation gets switched off.

I do have one client who has to talk throughout the session to distract from being ticklish, but she has been having treatments for roughly 6 years now so must feel the benefits. There is only one person I have met who is simply unable, and that's my 8 year old. I feel like there's a lot of silliness in him and maybe when he's older we could give him another go. My eldest son has been having treatments since he was 3 and loves it!

So my message here today is - don't let your ticklish feet hold you back from reflexology!

Winter Skin Relief ❄️
These freezing temperatures can really mess with your skin but a few small changes can make a big difference💧
• Moisturise immediately after washing to lock in hydration (skin releaf moisturiser is perfect in winter).
• Turn down hot showers, they feel great but strip natural oils.
• Use a gentle cleanser to avoid extra dryness and irritation (smoothing cleanser is perfect and double cleanse in the evening with hydrating cleanser for that extra boost)
• Don’t skip SPF, winter sun + snow glare can still damage skin.
• Hydrate from the inside out: lots of water helps more than you think.

Hi everyone 👋 Happy New Year, hope you all had a good one!

I just wanted to reintroduce myself on here because it's been years since I have and I have new followers. I am Emily of glow reflexology, I can't believe it but I have been doing this for 7/8 years now. I used to have a corporate job in London and made the switch when my boys were tiny and haven't looked back. I have the funniest, kindest, most loyal, regular clients who I look forward to seeing and I meet interesting new clients all the time. It's so rewarding hearing how reflexology has been of benefit.

Since qualifying, I have completed further training in pregnancy reflexology, reproductive reflexology and reflexology for menopause - I have a passion for women's health and it's often so overlooked.

I also have male clients and see those without any particular health concerns, who just need to unwind from their crazy lives.

An Aussie husband means I am often found planning a big trip to Australia. I spend a lot of my summer at a beach hut in Dorset (also available to rent 😉), I have two cute but crazy dogs and am passionate about natural skincare (I am a Tropic Ambassador).

I work from a cosy garden cabin in central Horsham, but can also treat in the comfort of your own home if you live within 10 miles of Horsham.

Over the festive season we know some families and individuals will be looking for answers in their journey to become pregnant.

For that reason, today we are answering the question; "Does Reproflexology™ really work?"

In a study we conducted, 68% of individuals conceived whilst under the care of our reproductive reflexologists.
