I am offering independent assessment and therapy services for children in Horsham and surrounding areas on Thursdays & Fridays. Hi I'm Jess, Speech and Language Therapist specialising in working with young children (0-5 years). I have worked in NHS services for 9 years and will return to my role in January 2026 alongside my private practice. It is lots of fun and so rewarding to help little ones develop their communication skills alongside parents and carers. I have experience in working with a range of speech, language and communication needs and will tailor support to the individual. Super pleased with my charity shop finds today! And of course my little helper needed to make sure they are all in working order 👍🏻
Developing communication skills in young children needs to be motivating & FUN 🧸🪀🫧 a few good toys can be useful tools but I promise you don't need a lot! Sometimes the best communication opportunities come when you have no toys at all such as peekaboo, actions songs & rhymes and physical play.

Hello 👋🏻 I'm Jess - Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist.
Here's a little about me & what I do:
🎓 I graduated from the University of Reading in 2015 with my degree in Speech and Language Therapy
✏️ I have worked in NHS services since 2016 (after some travelling in NZ 🌏) specialising in the early years - children aged 0-5 years
💜 I am passionate about supporting children's communication skills through play and making therapy fun
👨‍👨‍👧‍👦 I have two young children who keep me very busy! (currently on maternity leave from my NHS job)
