My mission is to connect as many people as possible through high-quality free yoga videos on my Youtube channel, in real time online yoga group sessions and in person or online private classes. No need experience to start practicing yoga, only positive attitude and a bit of courage to start "something new", like anything new, at the beginning is a bit scary and overwhelming. But yoga is not a competition, it is not about who can perform a posture "asana" better, yoga is about starting a journey that can take weeks, months or years. Yoga is a gift in my life and I would love to share it with you. Currently we offer 5 options you can choose from:
