Week 9 of my “Learning to Run” journey 🏃♀️🌿
I can’t believe I’ve completed another week — especially because so much of this journey has been about not listening to my mind, when it seductively tells me to stay home, the class will be awful or give up.
The mind can be loud… full of fear, doubt, or resistance.
But learning to listen past the noise, to my deeper inner wisdom which it telling me this is good for me, making me stronger and just go!
Every run reminds me how much change happens through small steps — showing up, being patient, and gently choosing which voice to listen to.
