All bookings are done by our visiting our Simplybook me page and booking our treatments on there. Alternatively you can contact me via my contact form and I will book this in or you.
We will discuss with you what treatment you need, let you know the price and see when our next available date is to book you in. Sometimes, some treatments will need to have a consultation with me before the main tr
eatment. This is to go over some health related questions and for myself to make sure what you are getting is necessary and will not be harmful to you. Payments can be maid via Cash, Bank Transfer or Credit Card.
Payments will be paid in two parts. There will be a £30/£50 booking fee which will need to be made when you make your appointment. After the treatment has finished you will need to pay in full, we will deduct the £30 booking fee you have already paid from your total cost at the end.
We don't give the booking fee back if you cancel your appointment completely and not re arrange another date. But you can cancel and rearrange another date within 48 hour for free, but if its past 48 hours after the initial booking has been accepted then you will need to pay another £30 booking fee. So please make sure you let us know within 48 hours what your plans are.
We do offer payment plans, on a monthly basis. But this needs to be paid in full before the treatment begins.

When I began my journey within the beauty world, I wanted to help people fall back in love with themselves and feel fabulous again. I believe that my passion to strive to be the best, accompanied with my desire to become a perfectionist helps me stand out in a very over-crowded market.
I started out my journey offering eyelash extensions however after countless positive feedback on my attention to detail, I felt the need to offer more services and to become qualified in semi-permanent make up, now offering microblading, ombré and hybrid brows. It wasn’t long after that my work became recognised, where I was soon known as Steph “The brow queen”.
With hundreds of clients passing through my door over the years I was often asked why I never offered any aesthetics. Some of my regular customers always wanted their lips done but were undecided and lacked a beautician they could trust with the finite details. Many of my clients had said if I had offered such a service they would feel at ease because of my ‘professionalism and quality of work’.
I provide a safe, clean, yet relaxed and enjoyable environment to all of my customers and will always provide an honest opinion as to what service will best suit your needs. I am fully qualified and certified in my work, so you can always be assured that all work carried out is done by a trained and fully qualified professional.
