Good morning all,

Yesterday I had a scare, I have chest pains leading in my back and down my arm and a tingling face.
1st called the doctor and was told to go to A&E.

Thankfully, they rules out a heart attack but I'm being referred to cardiology for further investigation.

At present I won't be teaching yoga.

I've been told I need to rest up as I have uncontrollable tachycardia and even tho I presented calm at the hospital the doctor says my body isn't and why my heart rate is so high.

I want to thank each and everyone who I teach or have, and all the people who have support my journey as a yoga teacher so far. I promise I will be back when I'm back to full health.

I ask for feedback to grow as a teacher, to find out more about what my yogis want from their practice.

When you join my studio or a practice, I want you to have the best experience possible. I'm here to guide you on your yoga journey & support you. This is your yoga practice, not mine.

Feedback gives me an insight of your expectations, likes and dislike so you fully enjoy every practice.

At Feel good flow by KJ, I offers a wide range of yoga practices, designed to provide yoga for all.
I also offers chair based yoga with a warm drink after the practice. This practice is to help support the elderly who may have health conditions, people with balance problems and mobility issues, injured, or would like to find a dafe space to social.

Some people spend a lot of time on their own, by offering a warm drink and a chance to talk, this maybe the only time someone may have a chance to see or talk to someone that week.
I offer kids yoga, our children have big emotions, and most don't know how to regulate them. In the kids class, Kadie-Jade teaches, breathework and meditation techniques, with yoga games, arts and crafts, and song and dance to incorporate all the importance of yoga in a child friendly, fun, caring way.

I offer Vinyasa flow, Hatha, and Hot yoga available to accommodate other yogis. Offering a range of practices to suit a range of people, age, needs, availability, and health conditions to allow yoga to be available to all as Kadie-Jade believes should be.

Feel good flow by KJ also works in the community, offering yoga to the jubilee centre, a disability centre within the Bolton area. She has work for the NHS and also with nursing home when required.
Supporting people within the community is important to her. I want to offer a safe space for all to practice, or to rest and recover. A community environment to feel grounded and safe.

In loving memory of my beautiful Aunt.
Fundraiser day for where my aunt spent her last 6 weeks of her life.

Yesterday, my Yogathom 12 yoga challenge took place.

Such a special day as I organised this with my aunt before she passed. I sat with her at the hospice, we picked colours for leaflets, designs, and spoke about timetable and what practices to teach.

I hope I did her proud, my own way of saying my final goodbye! A way to support the incredible staff and hospice, who supported my aunt and our family through the most difficult time of all our lives. They are really superheroes, and we are all so grateful 🙏 💕
