Highly recommend if you enjoy something abit different. Quirky surroundings aswel as the most beautiful homemade cakes and amazing coffee

My mental health has been rock bottom these past weeks.

Just remember there's ppl out there who care so much and always there for you 💚

Speaking out is not a sign of weakness, I personally think it shows strength in understanding you're not made of steel and recognise you both need and want help in tough times

My women's circles this month will be slightly different as ill be participating in sharing my story ❤️
