Been a little quite on here recently as I've had a lot going on and some times you just need to take time out from everything.
I saw this the other day and it's made me think about emotional resilience. It's no secret that I've struggled lately with bereavement and stress but I'm lucky in that I have a few special people around me that has supported me through this tough time.
Emotionally strong people are proactive in dealing with their emotions and it's time for me to be more proactive and take ownership of my feelings instead of falling into old pattern.
