***JOB OPPORTUNITY***
Care Supervisor for Houghton Le Spring, 34.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
As a care supervisor you will oversee care packages, ensuring they meet the highest standards set by the Care Quality Commission
(CQC). You will support both Clients and Home Support Assistants while coordinating care plans, risk assessments and staff supervisions.

Recently we have received reports of two males posing as Gentoo workers in the Pennywell area.

Scams can be difficult to recognise, so we are encouraging all our customers to remain vigilant when receiving text messages, emails and phone calls.

We would like to remind everyone that our tradespeople, and sub-contractors working on behalf of Gentoo, will always carry identification.

Please remember:
🔸 Never give your bank details out over the phone
🔸 Always ask to see an ID card before letting anyone into your property
🔸 If the call seems suspicious, please hang up and call us on 0191 525 5000.
