CLIENT RETENTION

Client retention is imperative to my business. Over the years, I've found it to be greatly influenced by customer satisfaction. This has directly led to reducing the amount of effort needed to reach new customers continually. This is because there is no greater advert than a happy client singing your praises and recommending you. This action is indirectly marketing your business and can improve your advertising efficiency and be an important part of your economic strategy.

7 years ago, and she's still a client to this day and is still recommending me to this day. I can hand on heart, say client retention, and understanding the importance of this will elevate your business organically. Organic growth has many long-term benefits, providing solid revenue and market validation.

I am forever thankful for my growth and clients.
