It is with such great pride and excitement that we share the wonderful news that Tracy has been nominated for a Dementia Care Award and has made it through to the finals.

To be able to recognise someone whose compassion, dedication and passion genuinely changes the lives of others every single day is incredibly special. Tracy’s care, kindness and commitment never go unnoticed, and this nomination is such a well-deserved reflection of the difference she makes to residents and families.
