I 💗 evenings like these…I had such a lovely time this evening with everyone who came to my soundbath and ceremony to welcome in a New Moon 🌚 We visualised through meditation, spent time getting clear on what we would like to welcome in for this next cycle and set intentions whilst recognising what we need to release and let go. New Moons are such a powerful time to pause, reflect and think about what we would like to bring into our lives. Its always a pleasure to catch up with everyone who comes and its so nice to come together as a community in a ceremonial space. Thank you all, it was a beaut evening and I wish you all a very happy and aligned month ahead ###

Something good is coming!! So happy to be making some progress on my conversion. Not done yet…laying the foundations for finishing off my project to build a wellbeing space just for me. Next weekend we will finish laying the patio and I cant wait to be able to use this space for soundhealing ✨😘

Heart filled and ready for Spring 🌺 💓
I love it when we gather together in community and share some of life’s special moments. A beautiful evening was spent with the very best company welcoming in the Spring Equinox and the New Moon 🌚 We meditated, set intentions and created a beautiful bundle of flowers and herbs to tie our intentions to for this next cycle. These have been taken home by each guest to place on their altar space as a gentle reminder of the seeds they are planting 🌱 for this new cycle ahead. They smell pretty amazing too. Thank you to everyone who came along last night 🙏 Magic happens when we gather together in ceremony and the crystal bowls amplify the energy in the room and our intentions✨ Happy Spring to you all ### 😘

The Spring Equinox marks the moment that day and night become equal and are in perfect balance. This is also a time to reflect inwards to see what you would like to release and then plant the seeds you would like to grow for the coming season 🌱

As we head into Christmas, I know this time of year can feel joyful for some and really tender or heavy for others. Wherever you’re at, please be gentle and kind to yourself and rest when you need to.
