Hello! 👋🏼💜

I am open again for new clients, so I'd like to reintroduce myself 😊

I'm Karmen 👋🏼

I'm a warm compassionate experienced counsellor who offers a safe non judgemental space to talk and work through emotional blockages and poor mental health 💜

I practice privately and am based in Pembrokeshire offering face to face, telephone and online.
Also Nationwide offering telephone and online.

I offer talking therapy, a holding space, creative therapy and more.

I also work in the third sector as a Bereavement Counsellor.

Privately, I see people aged 13 onwards

I work within a number of areas including, but not limited to, relationships, anxiety, school and work pressures. Low moods, Bereavement, identity, lack of confidence and self esteem and much more.
