I’m extremely honoured to host internationally acclaimed teacher & author Swami Saradananda in Brighton & Hove this February; leading an in-depth Chakra Course for both yoga teachers and keen students.

The author of several books, including 'Chakra Meditation' and 'The Essential Guide To Chakras", Swami has worked with the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres for 26 years and holds an MA in Traditions of Yoga and Meditation from SOAS.

I have a few rare spots on my TEENS YOGA class block, starting tonight Weds at 5pm at Tree of Life, Integrated Health Centre, Hove- due to several of my lovely students leaving for uni/ moving. Yoga can help reduce stress, increase sleep, strenghten and stretch the body- among many more profound benefits for body, mind & soul. If you know a teen who may be interested, pls spread the word. A block booking saves money too.

I'm also offering one free block (7 weeks of yoga) to a teen refugee. Tag someone who may benefit💚
