I feel extremely privileged to be working with this amazing woman- ayurveda practitioner, yoga teacher & psychotherapist Philippa Vafadari. I have worked with Philippa several times myself and was blown away by the results 💥

I’m running a 3-day Equinox Detox with Philippa that can all be done from the comfort of your own home.

Tues 19th - Thurs 21st March
