This Trans Awareness Week, we teamed up with The Clare Project, who shared with us the incredible work they’re doing to support and empower the trans, non-binary, and questioning community here in Brighton.

We’re so inspired by their commitment to creating safe, welcoming spaces and meaningful events for connection and growth. If you’ve been thinking about joining an event – this is your sign!

Our very own WellBN doctor, Dr Rita O'Regan, recently took on an incredible adventure – climbing Mount Kilimanjaro! We loved hearing how she challenged herself, stepped outside her comfort zone, and achieved such an amazing personal goal. What an inspiration to us all!
