Years ago I got a present from a very good friend of mine, a top saying "Don't forget to dream".
It was a nice phrase and ...it was a pyjama's top so I used it now and then and put it back into my wardrobe.
I have done numbers of clean up, tidy up, decluttering style and somehow this top has never made it to my "get rid off" pile.
It has such a soft material and... there's something about energy of it. No matter how hard life would get somehow this top would make it into "wear me now" pile and remind me... to dream.
Recently, the signs have been telling me to get out of my old limitations. And restrictions. And old ways of thinking.
You see, earlier this year I have made a decision to let go of security for the sake of fully creating the life that is truly mine and in alignment with my values. I have let go of huge portion of my financial security source as it no longer could continue to support me and allow me to be myself.
So it's been new and uncomfortable few months. Coincidentally or shall we say synchronisaticcally an author that I love is releasing new book, called YOUR SOUL HAD A DREAM,YOUR LIFE IS IT and I have pre-ordered it.
As a thank you I have received a card from Rebecca from her called MOTHER OF THE SALT WATERS
which
"delivers with it a message of love as deep as the ocean, and passion as intense as the deepest blue sea. Itβs an invitation to welcome the feminine qualities within you and to really let yourself dream."
I do have a dream.
I had it for a long time.
It's a dream about us, about new society and harmonious way of living.
And I know that there's nothing else for me to do but to first create it in my life. And to live it.
It's just that sometimes I forget. And when I do things seem harder.
And when I remember, when I reconnect to that dream, I have energy again, I have drive, I have purpose. Things are easier again and motivation is flowing.
So, that shirt does have a purpose, and very important one. It reminds me to dream. β¨οΈ
Do you have something in your life that does that for you?
