Food should support your training, not complicate your life.

This herbed couscous salmon is exactly the kind of meal we encourage at Transform, simple, nourishing and easy to repeat in real life.

It gives you:
âś… high quality protein to support strength and recovery
âś… complex carbs for steady energy
âś… healthy fats for overall wellbeing
âś… and plenty of flavour without anything extreme

What you’ll need (serves 4):

For the salmon:
• 4 salmon fillets (170g each)
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• Salt and pepper
• 4 tbsp herb sauce or salsa verde

For the couscous:
• 300g couscous
• 1 can chickpeas, drained
• 2 shallots, diced
• 1 tsp lemon zest
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 4 tbsp basil, finely chopped
• 4 tbsp dill, finely chopped
• 4 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
• 4 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
