It’s about preparing your body so you can move well, feel confident and get the most from your training.
At Transform, every session starts with a warm up that helps you:
• loosen stiff joints
• activate the right muscles
• improve movement quality
• and reduce the risk of injury
This is especially important if you’ve been sitting a lot, returning to training, or want to feel more comfortable in your body as you get stronger.
We don’t throw people straight into exercises.
We help you get ready first, so training feels safer, smoother and more enjoyable.
