Part-Time Receptionist – Podiatry Clinic
Location: Southwick Square & Boundary road
Hours: Wednesday, Friday and Saturday
Start Date: Asap
We are a friendly and professional podiatry clinic seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a healthcare environment and has a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
-Welcoming and assisting patients in person and over the phone
-Managing appointments using our clinic software
-Handling payments and invoicing
-Maintaining patient records and ensuring confidentiality
-General administrative duties, including filing, email correspondence, and stock management
-Ensuring the clinic is kept clean, tidy and presentable at all times, including cleaning duties
Requirements:
-Previous experience working in a reception or front-desk role (healthcare experience desirable)
-Strong computer skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Highly organized with strong attention to detail
-Professional, friendly, and calm under pressure
