3 neck stretches to do at your desk 💪🏻
Pic 1: Upper trapezius - turn your head to the side, then angle your nose towards your armpit. One hand pulls the head gently, the other presses the shoulder down.
Pic 2: Scalenes - bring your ear to your shoulder, same thing with the hands
Pic 3: Sub-occipitals and all the way down between the shoulder blades - both hands on the back of your head, gently push your chin to your chest.
Hold each for 15-30 seconds, your neck will thank you!
