“especially if something you’re going after is a soup calling, it’s likely there will be obstacles and hard times along the way as it’s all helping you to grow into your full potential. There’s a common misconception that, when you’re going after a soup dream, things will just be easy and perfect and effortlessly fall into place, and if they don’t, it means it’s not meant to be. This couldn’t be further from the truth.
Yes the universe will guide, help and support you ,but it will also bring little challenges along the way to perhaps test how much you truly want it and what you’re willing to do to get there. How much do you truly want something if you give up at the first sign of it being hard? What you face along the way of getting to your dream is helping you grow into the version of you who can hold that dream when you get there.

When you can lean into the trust that you are always being supported and guided and trust the process, even in the difficult and more challenging times, your life will change, and rather than struggle, you can surrender into the support of your soul. Human you may have no idea what is going on, but soul you does - trust that and surrender to a higher source of power.”

Important announcement 📣 I’ll be moving locations on the 1st April 2026 to -

I’m incredibly excited for this new chapter and for the future. It’s a big change but I’m ready!
Cannot wait to decorate now and make it a super cosy nest for you all 🪹

The plants will ALL be coming back 🥹✨and the colour scheme can be how it used to be (with a few minor changes ) that alone is making me really happy and feel more me 😃

I’m scared and excited in equal measures!

But I honestly feel really good about it all and I can’t wait to take you on this next chapter with the progress of the room and finishing touches.

Thank you all so much for being here alongside me and for supporting my little business. I don’t know what draws you to solace and how I got so lucky with the people who have put their hard earnt money to having a treatment with me over the last 2 years. But you guys are the reason I do what I do and keep going, so thank you from the bottom of my heart for keeping this beautiful dream alive for me 🧚

My last day at my current space is Friday 27th March.
