Pi-curious Are you Pi-curious? Do you want to try Pilates but don't know where to start? Want to get to grips with the all important fundamentals?

Pi-curious is a 6 week beginners Pilates course. It will set you up to go on to any mainstream Pilates class by teaching you the Pilates fundamentals and building you up to some of the best known exercises. Small classes will ensure a personalised approach and make sure you get the best out of Pilates for your ability and body type. Mat-based Pilates instructor Suzy will tell you all about each part of the class and give you hand outs so you can relate back to the class for reinforced learning. The class will help you with body positioning, breathing and toning and strengthening. There is also the option for one-to-one or two-to-one courses. If you are interested in learning Pilates, why not do it in combination with a holiday in Goa? A fabulous place to learn the exercise regime next to the sea, amongst the palms. The holiday includes group breakfasts and dinners, airport transfers, accommodation in a gorgeous beach side hut and lots of activities such as Pilates sunset walking and beach volleyball.

Joseph Pilates said if you have a flexible spine at 60 you are young, if you have an inflexible spine at 30 you are old! he's pretty harsh with his quotes but it's true and never too late to start moving your spine and strengthening the muscles around it to keep young for a long long time.
