🌿✨🌾THE VENUE IS PART OF THE HEALING.

When the evenings started getting lighter, I was worried that my sound baths wouldn’t be so cosy, because I wouldn’t be able to fill a dark room with candles any more.

Turns out I needn’t have worried.

A very different vibe has emerged.

The darkness was concealing this inspiring view, which we now get to bask in during the spring and summer months.

Seeing nature’s beauty like this, adds to the healing energy of a sound bath.

And I love that we get to fully experience the seasons at , from the cosy darkness of winter, through to the high vibe blue and green of summer.

🌾That view though…..

I celebrated last Friday’s Spring Equinox with a wonderful group of humans, at my ‘Springtime Sound Healing Sanctuary’.

It was a truly peaceful and restorative event.

After a sublime evening of rest, peace, healing frequencies and an appreciation of the miracle of Spring, the participants headed home with a goody bag containing beautiful gifts from , and . As well as some scented narcissi from , and a crystal which we specially charged with the energy of the event.

So far, I have only held sound baths at Truleigh Centre when it’s been dark, which creates a special, cosy, ‘tucked away’, candlelit vibe.

But last Friday I learned that the venue is even more special when the evenings are lighter.

Being able to see the calming view adds an extra layer of healing to a sound bath. And there were so many comments about how tranquil and special it was up there.

The next sound bath at Truleigh Centre is this Thursday, 26th March, if you’d like to come and experience it for yourself.

At the time of writing, there are only five spaces left, but plenty of spaces at the subsequent dates.
