💡 Top Tip Tuesday: 7 Simple Ways to Support Your Spine & Wellbeing
🧘♀️ Stretch before you scroll. Start your day with 5 minutes of gentle stretching before picking up your phone. It helps wake up your spine and sets a better tone for posture all day.
🪑 Check your posture every hour. Set a reminder to sit tall, roll your shoulders back, and engage your core — especially if you work at a desk.
💧 Hydrate for your joints. Water keeps your spinal discs and joints healthy. Aim for at least 2L a day to support movement and recovery.
🛏️ Sleep with spinal support. Use a pillow that keeps your neck aligned and avoid sleeping on your stomach. Your spine works hard—give it proper rest.
