And it's ok to talk about guts, bowels, pain and bloat - it's all part of our wonderful bodies. Living with the unpredictability and discomfort of digestive problems can leave you feeling very alone, anxious and even ashamed. With my guidance, tips, recipes and live Q & A sessions, you will get rid of IBS and other gut issues that have been controlling your energy, life and wellbeing. “I think I’ve cracked it! I haven’t had to use Imodium for 3 weeks now!”

That’s what my client (50s) said to me last night.

And for her, it’s a MASSIVE win.

Imagine that: she'd had to use the pills and go everywhere with a 'just in case' change of clothes in her handbag for years.

Last weekend:

✨ She went to a festival and ate the food there without any 'consequences'.

✨ She can eat sourdough bread again (after years of avoidance).

I know overwhelm. 😢
Overwhelm and I are old buddies.

When I separated from my kids' Dad 13 years ago, the idea of having to 'start from scratch' with my (single Mum) life kept me up all night. 💥

↪️ I had to sell our family home, find somewhere decent/safe to live, go through a divorce, find work and somehow keep calm and carry on for my little boys.

It was tough, I won't lie 🙇🏻‍♀️

I'm not good at asking for help, but I bit the bullet and did ask. 🙋🏻‍♀️
And I thank my lucky star everyday that I did. 🌟

Sometimes, we just can't do it all alone.
Having to face health issues, pain, discomfort, fears around health...

AND having to get to work, deal with marital problems or caring for kids or elderly parents can 100% feel overwhelming.

💥 It's not 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 you eat that's most important, it's 𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙧𝙚 when you eat.💥

So many of the women I see have tried 'eating better', or cutting out sugar, doing keto, fasting, etc etc… 😰

and yet they’re still exhausted, bloated, or gaining weight.

Here’s why: your gut, hormones, and mind don’t work in isolation.

They’re in constant conversation. 🤯

𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦. 📣

Healing means looking at the whole picture: not just the food on your plate.

Have 𝙮𝙤𝙪 ever noticed how stress goes straight to your gut?

That’s not “in your head.” 🧠

↪ Chronic stress literally shuts down digestion, lowers stomach acid and enzyme production, slows motility, and disrupts your microbiome.

🐯 Because from an evolutionary point of view, the last thing you want to do if a tiger chases you is: eat your tuna sandwich.. (though some still do!)

So you can be eating the “perfect” diet, but if you’re eating in fight-or-flight, you won’t digest, absorb, or benefit from it.

Because your body is geared towards helping you to survive (not grow).

And your brain doesn't know (or care) that you 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 have a deadline rather than a tiger chasing you.. 😩
