“I think I’ve cracked it! I haven’t had to use Imodium for 3 weeks now!”
That’s what my client (50s) said to me last night.
And for her, it’s a MASSIVE win.
Imagine that: she'd had to use the pills and go everywhere with a 'just in case' change of clothes in her handbag for years.
Last weekend:
