🤍 Suitable for all abilities
No yoga experience needed. Movements are gentle, adaptable and inclusive, and always adjusted to suit your body, comfort level and stage of pregnancy. Classes are suitable from 14 weeks right up to birth, for second and third trimester pregnancies.
