Because even superheroes need biscuit breaks. 🍪💪

Some days I feel like I’m juggling about 47 tabs in my brain at once — school runs, what to cook for dinner , forgotten PE kits, work, the washing mountain… and somehow still pretending I’ve got it all together 😅

My two are 13 and 11 now, so it’s less nappies and night feeds, more eye rolls and lost chargers 🙃 But honestly, as much as I love being a mum, it doesn’t get easier — it just changes shape.

And that’s exactly why I love running my baby massage and yoga classes. Yes, they’re for the babies (and they’re adorable), but really… they’re for you.

A space to exhale, stretch, have a chat about who slept last night (or didn’t!), put the worlds to rights and remember that you’re not the only one winging it. We laugh, we share, sometimes we get a bit teary, and we always finish with a cuppa and biscuit — because some things are sacred ☕🍪

Let’s be honest — I’m not a super-flexy yogi who can float into a headstand before breakfast. But here’s what I am: a fully qualified pregnancy yoga instructor who understands the amazing benefits of safe, gentle movement during pregnancy.

Here’s why you’ll fit right in (and why you’ll love it):

🤰 No experience needed — If you can breathe, stretch a little, and occasionally giggle when your balance wobbles, you’re more than qualified.

🧘‍♀️ All abilities welcome — Whether you’ve never rolled out a yoga mat before or you’re a seasoned yogi, every movement can be adapted to suit your body, your bump, and your ability level.

Our bodies are designed to move between activity and rest — between “doing” and “being.” But modern life can keep us in a constant state of alertness, leaving our nervous system stuck in overdrive.

The vagus nerve plays a key role in bringing us back into balance. It helps regulate our heart rate, digestion, and emotional calm. When we breathe deeply and intentionally relax our body, we gently activate the vagus nerve, signalling safety and allowing our body and mind to return to a state of rest and restoration.

This short, guided body scan is designed to help you reconnect with your body, release tension, and rediscover a sense of calm confidence. You can do it sitting, lying down, or even standing — wherever you feel most comfortable.
