One of my great teachers reminded me "in the vast human apparatus of perception, it is good to remember that the details we observe through our senses are not the facts; they are our interpretations of the facts. When our meditative mind brings us into a place of silence, we are more able to perceive fact over interpretation."
My prayer is that you find silence often.
Through the practice of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, I teach how to strengthen your meditative mind, your neutral mind, how to come to silence more often, so you can discern fact from interpretation - so vital in a world of conflicting information and news designed to control.
