🦋🕯️It was all go today for our wonderful Home Manager Beverley. She held a successful relative and residents meeting and became accredited for the 6 steps end of life care pathway at Hilbre House. The EOL team love Bev’s enthusiam as do we ! If you see a candle lit and a butterfly on the door end of life care is happening at Hilbre House and we know our visitors will give us our full support . We want people to die with dignity at their home with their family and the care team around and were it is possible and we will fight for that to happen🦋🕯️
