Busy couple of days making new sleep spray stock, ready for the stall TOMORROW. There's a lot that goes into these products. It's a really interesting process from sourcing the best quality essential oils and natural ingredients, creating the beautiful formulas, calculating each batch, ensuring all the labelling and paperwork are correct and done to the right standards, to selling them and chatting to my lovely customers on my stalls.

Congratulations to Helen H. 🎉🎊You're the lucky winner of this Aroma-Health & Therapies prize bundle from the Great Meols Summer Fair on Saturday. Apologies to clients booked in this week or anyone hoping to book, but I've got a nasty case of ongoing bursitis in my elbow, so I can't massage at the moment.
