Can I please draw your attention to the Active Wirral Summer Collabor8 event taking place on Thursday June 12th at The Hive Youth Zone, Bright Street, Birkenhead CH41 4EA.

The theme for this event is MECC (Making Every Contact Count) for Physical Activity.

This course supports people to integrate purposeful physical activity conversations. The aim of MECC for Physical Activity is to increase physical activity levels of the wider population. This training is designed for individuals who want to feel more confident incorporating it into everyday conversations. It offers evidence-formed guidance to help you build the knowledge, skills, and confidence to talk about physical activity in a way that supports positive lifestyle changes.

This is a message to say, the surgery will be closed from 1pm tomorrow until 6:30pm, due to staff training.

If you need medical attention in the mean time please go to one of the walk-in centers or call 111 for medical advise over the phone.

We will be back open as normal the follow day at 8am (Extended access appointments are still going ahead tomorrow as normal)

- Rash (attach photos)

- Requesting bloods
- Repeat prescriptions
