I had surgical menopause in my forties - I'm now 65 and finally feel I have come out the other side -

if you prefer a silent treatment (most do) I'm silent; if you want to chat all through your treatment then we'll chat; if you want to get something off your chest - I hold space for you to do so; however you feel, whatever you say - it's all held within the space of the treatment room. no-one else needs to know...

Monday 10th - Friday 14th March 2025 9.30am to 2.30pm Everyday

Join us at the Live on Zoom, for 3 days of intensive practical training and the chance to retreat and release at home. Spread over 5 days to fit in with school hours. We had been reluctant to offer our training online, but our virtual treatments over lockdown have been so useful for our clients it seemed now is the time to also offer our retreats online. The feedback for the Virtual Practitioner Retreats has been fantastic. The courses will still be small and personal with no more than 8 students per course.

We will send you a course pack prior to the course including notes and handouts. You need to have somewhere quiet and private where you can attend the course via zoom (so you will also need good internet access), the course programme will be exactly the same as it is in person which is generally, demonstration of the technique, treatment swap to practice, feedback experiences to the group and repeat, etc.

Giving you the unique opportunity to retreat, release and learn in the comfort of your own home. You will receive some TLC and connection with like minded people, along with a new therapy to add to your practice, which will give you the opportunity to offer Gentle Release Therapy Treatments in person and virtually.

The price is £455. the training has been accredited by FHT, AOR, Thinktree and CThA.

As I'm all for making progress in this world I felt it was time for a refresh & a change! As you can hopefully get from my new logo I'm still very much all about the Reflexology - although I still offer different therapies, it was Reflexology that led the way!
The winds of February are blowing a gale here & I always feel that they sweep away anything old or stale & make way for the new - even if that new is a different way of thinking.....it's all progress!
Come on in & sweep away all that no longer serves you...
