Saw SO many butterflies on my walk yesterday (hope they have found shelter from the rain today 🦋🌧️)

Sometimes our lives change so much it can feel overwhelming.

But we can also see it like coming out of a chrysalis 🐛🦋

Look at the positives and take learning from the difficulties (sometimes easier said than done, but always possible 😌)

Cherry Pie Therapy is one year old 🍒🥧

I am so grateful to everyone who has visited me, promoted me, and especially those of you who like my posts and/or have been for counselling or relaxation with me.

I truly love my little therapy space @ the parade community centre in Hoylake 🥰
