✨🌟Amazing Couple Transformation Alert! ✨🌟

The lovely Amanda and Ian have been on an incredible journey together at Ren-nutrition and what a transformation! Just wow 🤩

Amanda joined us in club 7 months ago then Ian jumped on board as an online customer 3 and a half months later after seeing how amazing Amanda was feeling 💚

⚖️ Between them they lost a whopping 6 stone in weight 🤩 and reduced their metabolic age by a massive 34 years!! 😍

🏋️‍♀️ Ian’s feeling much healthier and has more energy. He’s down a whopping 5.9% in body fat and his muscle mass is way up an incredible 5.7% 🤩
👏 And his visceral fat is down by a whopping 4 litres!
