This patient came to McGrath Dental as he had gum recession and his crowns were failing.

His treatment was carried out by our dentist Dr Emma McKay .

We replaced his old crown and bridge work and he also had bone and gum recontouring to even up the gum level on the left and right.

What a lovely smile for this patient!

Amazing results for this patient who was treated by our dentist

The upper front 4 teeth could not be saved. Implants were not an option and the patient did not want a denture. We elected to have a 6 unit bridge from canine to canine.

We first designed the new shape of teeth. Extracted the 4 incisors, prepared the canines for the bridge and placed an immediate temporary bridge for 4 months whilst the gum healed.

Then finally replaced the temporary bridge with a lovely zirconia bridge from to finish the case.
