Let’s make one thing clear… you never have to “burn off” a meal.

You’re not bad for eating cake.

You’re not good for doing burpees.

Food isn’t a punishment or a reward, as Lisa would say, ‘You’re not a dog’

It’s fuel.

It’s social.

It’s culture.

It’s life 💁🏼‍♀️

This idea that you have to earn a roast dinner or earn a night out

It’s toxic, outdated and totally unhelpful!! ❌

Eat with balance, move for strength 💪🏻

Let’s be honest, we’re coming to the end of January & this is when motivation can dip.

BUT here’s how to stay on track:

1. Book your sessions ahead of time

2. Lay your clothes out the night before

3. Keep meals simple, don’t overcomplicate things

4. Track wins, not just weight

5. Speak to a coach when you feel stuck

It’s completely normal to wobble, just don’t stop altogether

A slower week doesn’t mean failure

Keep going, even at 50%. Consistency is key 💪🏻
