Sundays in my house are for slowing down.

No heavy lifts, no pressure . just stepping outside, getting some fresh air, and letting your mind reset. A simple walk, a bit of sunlight, and time in nature can do more for you than you think. It clears your head, reduces stress, and brings you back to a better place mentally.

Recovery isn’t lazy — it’s necessary.

Take today to breathe, reflect, and gently prepare for the week ahead. Set your intentions, organise your thoughts, and give yourself the space to start fresh tomorrow.

Sometimes the best thing you can do for progress… is pause.
